Cara is the Director of Strategic Impact Investments at Unseen, leading the Strategic Grant Initiative Program. With experience in both the nonprofit and private sectors, she brings operational expertise, a strategic growth mindset, and a passion for process optimization to help organizations expand their impact. Committed to making a tangible difference, Cara works closely with donors and partners to ensure every dollar invested in the SGI Program drives lasting change.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and pup, being active, coaching and volunteering with youth, reading, and tending to her many plants.
