Human trafficking and modern slavery affect an estimated 50 million people worldwide. Anti-trafficking organizations need to grow to meet that scale, and that growth takes more than good programs. It takes the capacity to tell their story, raise funds, and reach the people who will fund the work. That is where Unseen comes in. We are a capacity-building organization that invests in the growth of strong anti-trafficking nonprofits.
Join Unseen as our Partner Success Manager, the person who holds the relationship with our partner organizations over time. You are their steady point of contact, their advocate inside Unseen, and the person who makes sure each partner feels known, supported, and clear on where they are headed. If you are energized by deep relationships, have an understanding of the difficulties of fundraising and global programming, and want your work to strengthen organizations fighting trafficking around the world, this role is built for you.
You are proactive, attentive, and steady. You care about the partners as organizations and about the people who run them. You do your best work when a partner is thriving and the relationship runs smoothly, even when no one is watching. You work with honesty and integrity, and you care about this team and the mission.
We are a remote team with a big vision: a world where exploiters are stopped, vulnerable people have livelihoods, and trafficking survivors pursue lives of freedom and impact.
We function as a marketing and project management partner, serving a portfolio of vetted organizations and building marketing products that help them grow. We deliver 160+ customized projects to our partners each year, at no cost to them, so they can raise more funds and reach more people. View our annual impact reports, donor website, and partner website.
