Partner Success Manager
Location:
Remote
Status:
Full-time
Closing Date:
September 16, 2026

Human trafficking and modern slavery affect an estimated 50 million people worldwide. Anti-trafficking organizations need to grow to meet that scale, and that growth takes more than good programs. It takes the capacity to tell their story, raise funds, and reach the people who will fund the work. That is where Unseen comes in. We are a capacity-building organization that invests in the growth of strong anti-trafficking nonprofits.

Join Unseen as our Partner Success Manager, the person who holds the relationship with our partner organizations over time. You are their steady point of contact, their advocate inside Unseen, and the person who makes sure each partner feels known, supported, and clear on where they are headed. If you are energized by deep relationships, have an understanding of the difficulties of fundraising and global programming, and want your work to strengthen organizations fighting trafficking around the world, this role is built for you.

Position Overview

Partner Relationship Management — 90%
  • Take over the partner relationship from the Director once onboarding is complete, and step in as their ongoing point of contact.
  • Keep partner records and intelligence current so the whole team has a reliable picture of each partner.
  • Run each partner's annual roadmapping call and draft the partner's annual Roadmap for the Director's review and approval.
  • Translate what a partner needs into clear direction for the project team, and brief them on the partner’s voice so the work sounds like the partner from the first draft.
  • Hold the ongoing relationship with every active partner in your portfolio through regular check-in calls, staying close to how each partner is doing and what they need from Unseen.
  • Follow up after each project to make sure it landed and the partner has what they need.
  • Notice when a partner is ready to grow or needs support beyond marketing, and route it to the right place.

Administration — 10%
  • Participate in Unseen staff meetings, Partnership Team meetings, and 1:1s.
  • As needs arise, additional areas of responsibility may be assigned based on your strengths.

Competencies

A Qualified Candidate
  • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Some combination of real cross-cultural experience, direct anti-trafficking or counter-exploitation experience, and nonprofit or NGO experience.
  • Experience managing partner, client, or account relationships over time.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project or work management software such as Monday.com.
  • Consistent, accurate record-keeping, with the discipline to keep records current.
  • Strong writing and editing ability, with an ear for brand tone and voice, and familiarity with fundraising language.
  • Comfort in an environment where processes are still being built, and energy for helping build them.

Who Thrives in this Role
  • Relationship discipline. You keep a steady rhythm and never let a partner feel dropped, even though nothing forces the pace but you.
  • Breadth with recall. You hold many partner relationships in mind at once and remember where each one is.
  • Sound escalation judgment. You recognize when a partner needs something outside your lane and route it well.
  • Emotionally steady. You stay warm and grounded through stress, hard news, and difficult content.
  • Respectful across faith traditions. You hold space for a partner's beliefs whether or not you share them.
  • Self-managing and collaborative. You thrive in a remote environment and contribute genuinely to a team.

Bottom Line

You are proactive, attentive, and steady. You care about the partners as organizations and about the people who run them. You do your best work when a partner is thriving and the relationship runs smoothly, even when no one is watching. You work with honesty and integrity, and you care about this team and the mission.
